KARI

Kari, a Philadelphia-based electronic producer and DJ, has been creating and mixing music since 2017. Some of Kari’s earliest inspirations include artists like Skrillex and early 2000s EDM and pop. He says, “I remember taking my dad’s iPod when I was really young and watching Skrillex DJ sets on YouTube. It was so different than anything I had ever heard, and I remember knowing this is what I wanted to do”. He took this inspiration and, years later, started producing on the internet Digicore scene for artists like SEBii, Kuru, 4cf, Reefuh, and many more. Kari’s sound evolved into merging nostalgic EDM and pop elements with the modern sounds of internet music. Today, he is known for his innovation on his past influences, his fresh takes on remixing tracks, and his very energetic DJ sets
